Direct founder access. We build this with you, ensuring the logic perfectly matches your business.
Scale capacity included. The standard Scale plan supports up to 100 workspace users.
Clear refund window. The $6,500 implementation fee is fully refundable only if you cancel in writing within 30 days and before a substantial implementation milestone is delivered.
Cancel before renewal. Written cancellation must be received at least 10 days before day 91 to avoid the first $599 monthly charge.

Implementation milestones are kickoff and source-data intake, a configured field quoting engine, customer review and agreed revisions, and team launch with an adoption review. You must provide complete business inputs on time, assign an authorized decision-maker, promptly review deliverables, and ensure participating staff attend scheduled sessions. The program includes scheduled implementation sessions and normal-business-hours support; emergency support, unlimited custom development, and work outside the agreed scope are not included.
